Boys sing for new Netflix film
The boys recently recorded the music for a forthcoming animated feature on Netflix entitled My Father's Dragon. We were delighted to be working once again with composer Mychael Danna, whose 2014 Oscar-winning score for Life of Pi featured the voices of the Schola. The film is due for release later in the year.

Carmen at Opera Holland Park
Twelve boys from the Schola are currently appearing in Opera Holland Park's production of Bizet's Carmen. There have been some great reviews for the children's chorus, described as 'outstanding throughout’ in The Telegraph, 'excellent’ in The Times, 'on joyous form' in The Guardian and as 'the best children’s chorus I have heard in a long while’ on the website Bachtrack. OperaWire wrote "perhaps the most sprightly singing of all came from the brilliant children’s chorus from Cardinal Vaughan Memorial School, who attacked the music with bite and vigor" whilst musicOMH website also describes the children's chorus as 'outstanding'.

Soloist sings on the new Batman movie
One of our boys sings on the score for The Batman, the new movie about to be released in March. The score, composed by Michael Giacchino, was recorded at Abbey Road last October. This extract, the theme for the Riddler, features our soloist's voice quite prominently.
