The Schola has just returned from a five day tour to Central Spain. The choir sang concerts in Burgos and Salamanca Cathedrals and also in a town outside of Burgos called Pradeloungo (which is famous for its sock factory!). It also sang for Mass at the wonderful fourteenth century Cathedral in Zamora and at the church of San Martin de Tours in Salamanca. The choir sang music by Victoria and Guerrerro, JS Bach, Monteverdi and also English music by Holst, Stanford and Parsons.
